General Use
By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws.

All content, including images and text, is owned by Evelyn Alderidge Photography and cannot be used without permission.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify Evelyn Alderidge Photography as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled session may incur a fee, which will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and are subject to mutual agreement.
Image Use & Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon in the contract (typically within 2 weeks).
Evelyn Alderidge Photography retains the right to use any images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the website portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless a prior agreement for confidentiality has been made.
High-resolution images are provided digitally. Additional charges may apply for physical prints or special editing requests.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for the photoshoot. If delays occur, Evelyn Alderidge Photography reserves the right to reduce the session time accordingly.
Any special requests, including locations or props, must be communicated in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the request.
Client Responsibilities
Evelyn Alderidge Photography will take all reasonable care to ensure a successful photoshoot and the safe handling of equipment. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Any damage to photography equipment caused by the client or their party during the session will be the responsibility of the client.
